All those flavors of real French cuisine that have left an indelible forever mark in my memory are the best motivation for me to work for a long time.

For the production of healthy bread for our bakery, we import from France the best flours available on the local market, as well as other ingredients. Although their cost is four times higher than the price of those available on the Polish market for us the most important thing is the quality and taste of the products we bake.

Strictly observed technological processes in our bakeries exclude automation - everything is done by hand, and when preparing the dough we make sure that the fermentation process takes place according to the recipe.
