Persons parking cars on the hourly basis enter the car park collecting their ticket from the machine located by the entry barrier. The ticket must be paid before leaving the car park in the automatic pay station. When leaving the car park, the paid ticket must be inserted into the exit terminal.

The fee is charged immediately after entering the car park.

To meet our customers' needs, we have set the maximum daily rate at 50 PLN.

* After more than 24 hours of parking the fee is charged again

In order to meet the expectations of our customers and to protect the natural environment, we have provided two modern charging stations for electric cars on level -3 of the car park. Each Enelion Vertica Socket charging station has two TYPE2 sockets, providing charging power of up to 22 KW in each socket.

There is a free, unguarded bicycle and scooter parking available to customers of Złote Tarasy. The parking is located on level -1 at the entrance to the underground parking from Zlota street.

Outside the car park, customers can use basic bicycle tools: pliers, ring spanner, Allen wrench and a bicycle wheel pump.

For customers who need to use our parking services frequently, we have prepared a subscription offer. Two types of subscriptions are available: 24h/7 days for 140 euro net and daily, Monday-Friday, 07:00-19:00 for 120 euro net.
