Since November 16, at North Fish you can feel the true atmosphere of the upcoming Christmas holidays. A number of aromatic novelties spiced with accents of cranberries, oranges, almonds, as well as mangoes have appeared on our menu. A large role will be played by smoked cheese, which will change the face of well-known and well-liked fish such as salmon and pollock. Among the campaign products you will find: salmon from the oven in Highland style, salmon with spinach and almonds, wild salmon with mango, breaded small portion of pollock in Highland style, as well as with smoked cheese and mushrooms. As for side dishes, we opted for sauerkraut with chickpeas and cumin, roasted potatoes with garlic and herbs, beets with ginger and almonds, rice with leek, and potato salad.
