It's getting colder outside the windows, and North Fish restaurants have gotten into the holiday spirit by launching a "HOLIDAY" campaign.
From Monday, 29 November the restaurant's offer will be enriched by as many as ten new dishes. The first dish, which perfectly reflects the character of the winter tone, is the highland style Salmon with smoked cheese and cranberries. The next dish on the dinner menu is Hake in black and white sesame crust served with grilled lemon. Starting with this campaign, you can also have pollock cubes in a crispy coating with additives in the "Put as much as you like" system.
In the Christmas giveaway we are also betting on vegetarian options. The oyster mushrooms were very well received by our guests, so now they will be available in three other versions: Oyster mushrooms in a delicate coating with black and white sesame as a dinner dish with side dishes, Oyster mushrooms&chips, that is in a set with fries, as well as Oyster mushrooms&green combined with a mix of salads and vegetables together with a vinaigrette sauce.
The sandwich offer will include a brand new item. It will be a burger with Norwegian salmon baked with smoked cheese, cranberries and gherkins, called Salmonburger.
TeGløgg, a warming winter drink with cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, tea, blackcurrant and orange, inspired by the traditional Norwegian drink Gløgg, returns to the restaurant
The menu will also be enriched with a dessert offer. North Fish has prepared Kanelbolle - a cinnamon cake inspired by traditional Scandinavian baking - and Panna Cotta with cranberry jam.
