Your responsibilities
Our customers are at the center of our business, and our Sales Assistants create the best Lush experience for each of them.
Our Sales Assistants bring positive energy to the store, always connecting with our customers and showcasing our amazing products through engaging demonstrations.
All while communicating and celebrating our ethics and values.
Our requirements
IF YOU ARE:
- Passionate about Lush's products and values.
- Full of comfort and confidence in delivering great experiences to our customers.
- Eager to develop your skills through self-directed learning, as well as attending training and learning from regular feedback.
- Willing to work a minimum of 2 days a week, including weekends.
- Experience in retail or other customer service workplace desirable but not essential.
