SALES ASSISTANT

We are looking for sales assistants for our store in Zlote Tarasy (Warsaw). Reporting to the store manager, the Sales Assistant should provide excellent customer service, becoming our main brand ambassador and helping to build the BIMBA Y LOLA brand.

Your key responsibilities that you will be handling on a daily basis will include:
- Full service along the customer journey, from greeting to final sale, handling any requests or complaints.
- Counting and controlling inventory, organizing deliveries and maintaining the warehouse.
- Organizing product on the store floor, as well as implementing Visual merchandising guidelines and collaborating on visual and storefront changes.
- Constant communication with headquarters.

You and your qualifications:
We are looking for a person who is enthusiastic about fashion, results-oriented, with the ability to manage, motivate and lead by example.
- At least 1 year of retail experience (experience in the fashion industry will be an asset).
- Languages: Polish: full professional proficiency. English and Spanish a plus.
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Customer focused.
- Be aware of market trends.
- Organized, proactive, persuasive and motivated.
